WHEN WILL MY ENVIVACOR ACCESORY ORDER SHIP?
All bracelet, clothing, hats, phone cases and other items are made to order and will be shipped out within approximately one week. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your shipment as well as tracking information soon after. Please be patient when waiting for your parcel as unforeseen circumstances can get in the way of deliveries reaching you in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We do not offer refunds at this time but you will be eligible for a store credit when you email us within 30 days of when you receive your order. We are 100% confident in our products and we are committed to your happiness, please email us at info@envivacor.com with "Store Credit" as the subject. Thank you for your understanding.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All wrap bracelet orders will be shipped with USPS All other order such as leggings and matching tees, sweatshirts will be shipped with USPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do,. All other products including leggings, hats, bracelets, wil be shipped with USPS or FedEx.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST ME?
All shipping costs are determined by the shipping carrier depending on the weight of the package and the final destination. During the checkout process after you have filled in your address, your carrier will be determined and shipping cost (if any) will be calculated at that time and added to your total.
